Series/Track Competitor Responsibilities
The competitors (represented by the Series/Track), upon entering into the agreement, shall:
Not be eligible to receive prize unless they are a registered member of TeamXXX. Note: registration is free on the Sponsors website.
Not be eligible to receive prize unless they display two (2) Sponsor decals on their race car. At a minimum, decals must be on both the right and left side of the race car, and be on the top wing, nose wing, hood or arm guard. Decal must be at least 10” X 4” (which is the size of decal supplied by the Sponsor with shipped orders).
Not be eligible to receive prize unless they have supplied the Sponsor with a picture of their race car displaying the Sponsor logo.
Not be eligible to receive prizes unless they have made a purchase from Triple X Race Co within the 2008 calendar year.

Coupon Details
The coupons issued by the Sponsor to the Series/Track (and ultimately the competitor):
Will expire 60 days after date of issue.
Are good for a single order (1 coupon per order).
Can be redeemed only by winner (no substitutes).
Shall be sent to a Series/Track representative prior to the year end banquet.
Have no cash value.
Can be used for face value discount towards purchase of other TripleX Race Co products (instead of prize).
Are non-transferable.
Are redeemable for 50% off listed parts (excluding chassis) if competitor does not meet eligibility requirements or wishes to redeem after expiration date.
